Our Best to Brenda: Amoena Senior Customer Care Rep

Brenda Tucker, Amoena Customer Care

We made Brenda a princess Tuesday night, to send her off to the royal retirement she deserves!

This past Tuesday night, “Amoena Nation” gathered at a special dinner here in metro Atlanta. Our purpose was to celebrate and spend some time together, but we also had important business to attend to: Honoring one of our longtime customer care representatives, Brenda Tucker, who will retire on June 1 after serving 18 years with the company.

Brenda is one of our very special employees who is also a 12-year breast cancer survivor. In 2009, she told Breast Cancer Wellness magazine, “Working in customer service has given me the opportunity to help retailers across the U.S., advising them with difficult fits and inventory questions. I also have the privilege to talk on-on-one with our consumers. I am able to put myself in each woman’s shoes, trying to provide her some peace of mind during a difficult time. It’s those interactions that remind me what I do really does make a difference.”

Brenda Tucker, Amoena Customer CareThere is no doubt Brenda will be missed. Her velvety Southern voice, sense of humor, and especially her deep care for every call she takes have made her a favorite with customers. (Brenda: Bet you never guessed you would have a “fan following!”) She said she will certainly miss the friends she has made here and around the nation, but that she is definitely looking forward to retirement!

We love Brenda and we know you do, too! Please leave her a congratulatory message here in the comments section!
