WOMEN WITH BREAST CANCER MODEL WINTER LINGERIE COLLECTION

Introducing some magic this Christmas, three breast-operated women helped to launch a new glamorous lingerie collection for Hampshire based mastectomy clothing specialists Amoena.

Anna Lazarus (39), Martine Mercy (56) and Sandra Shepherd (67) enjoyed luxury makeovers courtesy of Amoena and modelled a range of lingerie for the company’s 2010 catalogue, which includes the new Naomi range.

Rhoda White, marketing manager for Amoena comments: “We are really pleased to have our customers modelling for our catalogue, as it shows other women who are coping with a breast cancer diagnosis that they can still look and feel attractive after surgery.”

The Naomi bra which forms the centre piece of the new collection, is the perfect Christmas accessory to the essential little black dress.  Providing softer support due to its flex-comfort under-wiring, the collection combines luxury with a beautiful elegant design guaranteed to turn up the temperature on those cold winter nights.

Anna comments: “When I was undergoing treatment, I never would have believed that I could feel this glamorous again; wearing such attractive lingerie is really good for restoring body confidence after surgery.”

Offering a range of lingerie, swimwear and leisurewear to breast operated women, the 2010 catalogue will be available from the beginning of next year and is distributed to over 80,000 women in the UK alone.  To find out more about Amoena, or to receive the Amoena catalogue, please contact Rhoda White on 023 80270235 or email rhoda.white@amoena.com.
